There is a scullery and laundry facility available next to the kitchen. There is a dining area with a dining table that seats six and a lounge. With a  double sided fire place with a glass screen and iron grid for safety, which are all open plan, creating a spacious environment. This leads out onto a fenced garden area with outdoor dinning table and barbecue. There is no pool available. There is a double garage and outdoor parking for three cars in the drive way and more parking available in the cul-de-sac. And a bathroom with a shower, basin and a toilet.There is also a bedroom on this level and a queen size bed. With a en-suite bathroom with Victoria bath, basin and toilet.Upstairs are another two bedrooms each with sea views and en-suite bathrooms.The Main bedroom has a double bed, the en-suite bedroom has a bath, shower, basin and toilet. The second bedroom have bunk beds and the en-suite bathroom have a shower, basin and toilet. A baby cot is available if needed.And a sitting area which leads onto a wrap around wooden balcony. In the lounge you will find a TV and DSTV, a dvd player and a wooden wrap around balcony with beautiful sea views.Whale Rock Ridge supplies beach and bath towels, beach umbrellas, heaters will be provided during winter months.There is no internet facilities. The Estate is completely safe with security.Maid Services is available on request, also for weekend and public holidays at additional cost. The hours for the maid is 8:30 to 15:30, please provide the maid with meals during the working hours. The duties for the maid is washing and cleaning.House rules: No pets allowed and no smoking indoors.
