The complex as a whole is modeled in accordance with South African criteria. It is fenced on three sides and has 24-hour security. Other basic facilities include a sewerage purification plant and drinkable borehole water, on-site management, a fully-equipped laundry and a 100 kva, step-down transformer (electrical substation).
