Sunset Villa is a unique self-catering holiday property situated halfway between Ponta Malongane and Ponta do Ouro, just outside Signal Hill Estate. Overlooking the beautiful inland sunsets, this spacious property offers the ideal getaway for large families or groups wanting to holiday together while still enjoying their own private spaces. Sunset Villa is made up of 4 separate self-catering units. The property is rented out as one entire private property or as 3 individual units. Guests booking Sunset Villa will therefore have exclusive use of all 4 units and the entire property during their stay. Each unit is fully equipped for self-catering and features its own private bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, lounge and dining areas. All bedrooms throughout the property are air-conditioned, free WiFi is available in all units, and daily housekeeping staff service the property exclusively. The property is a 200 metre walk (around 10 minutes) to the beach, or you can drive and park at the top of the stairs that lead down to the beach. There are staff available to assist guests with carrying beach equipment to and from the beach. Sunset Villa is also conveniently located close to Captain Gus Bar and Restaurant and approximately 100m from Voodoo Bar and Restaurant. There is plenty of parking available on the property. Three of the four units feature private swimming pools, while the Bubbles units share a pool and braai area. UNIT LAYOUT Top of the World Unit – Upstairs Unit This spacious upstairs unit offers 4 air-conditioned double bedrooms, including 1 en-suite bedroom and 3 bedrooms sharing a bathroom. The unit features a large entertainment deck with a private pool, gas braai and Bluetooth party box. WHAT TO BRING Toilet Paper Beach Towels Drinking-Water Food and Drinks Charcoal / Briquettes Items of a personal nature First aid kit STAFF TIP The unit is serviced daily. There is a compulsory daily staff tip of R50 per day for the housekeeper and Joao, who takes care of maintenance, pools, and cleans the Braais daily. This includes your day of arrival and departure. Please ensure you have enough cash on you to pay them on your departure day. REFUNDABLE BREAKAGE DEPOSIT A R10 000 refundable deposit for breakage/damage/loss needs to be paid 6 weeks before arrival. This is refunded 14 days after your departure date, depending on damage/loss/breakage at the house. EARLY And LATE CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT Late check-out is on request only. This is due to incoming bookings on the day of your departure. Should the house be available, we will deduct the extra charge of R1500.00 from your refundable breakage deposit, check out no later than 3 pm. No pets are permitted at any of the GoBundu houses. Loud music, parties, and functions are not allowed. All guests must comply with the rules of the estate in which they are staying. Absolutely no noise is allowed between 10:00 PM and 6:00 AM. Failure to comply will result in a warning. If the issue occurs again after a warning, the full breakage deposit will be forfeited. Continued non-compliance may result in guests being asked to vacate the property immediately, with no refund for any unused nights
