Situated a few metres north of Ponta do Ouros main swimming bay, this home is ideal for 2 families with small kids or a surfing group that want to be within an easy 20 metre walk to the beach. This home has 1 house between itself and the beach and is situated in a quiet residential section of Ponta do Ouro. The home comprises of 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms: Bedroom 1 has 1 queen size bed with an en suite bathroom that has a large shower, toilet and his and hers hand basins Bedroom 2 has 1 queen size bed as well as 1 single bed Bedroom 3 has 2 bunk beds Bedroom 2 and 3 share a bathroom that has a shower, toilet and handbasin. All 3 bedrooms are air conditioned and all beds have tailor made mosquito nets. The house sleeps a total of 9 people. There is a separate kiddies area with cushioned seating as well as a TV and books to keep the kids busy while the adults can enjoy a hanging out in the lounge or outside entertainment area. The kitchen is fully equipped for self catering, all you need to bring with is your food and drinks. The house has full time staff that clean for you every day. There is an open plan lounge and dining area just off the kitchen. The outside entertainment area is accessed from a large sliding door just off the kitchen out into the lush garden. Tastefully furnished with a 4-seater old dhow and enough tables and benches to seat 9 people, this makes for the perfect private area to have a braai, dine and hang out after a long lazy day on the beach. ● Facilities Refrigerator, stove, microwave oven, coffee machine, kettle, freezer, Washing machine, charcoal, bed linen and hand towels, bath and beach ZAP TV with USB to connect devices A large, lush garden with plenty of grass space surrounds the home where the kids can run and play. Loads the dishwasher and prepares breakfast table and braai etc. Hortencio is the gardener, he assists around the house. They are to be tipped R40 each per day, this includes the day of arrival and departure. Housekeepers working hours Gina - 7:30 to 16:30 Hortencio - 6:00 to 10:00 and 15:00 to 19:00 REFUNDABLE BREAKAGE DEPOSIT An R3000 refundable deposit for breakage/damage/loss needs to be paid 1 month before arrival. This is refunded 14 days after your departure date depending on damage/loss/breakage at the house. EARLY And LATE CHECK-IN/CHECK OUT Late check-out is on request only. This is due to incoming bookings on the day of your departure. Should the house be available, we will deduct the extra charge of R1500.00 from your refundable breakage deposit, check out no later than 3 pm. No Pets are permitted at any of GoBundu's houses.
