Sand Dunes V10:This house is situated in the Dunes holiday resort in Keurboomstrand. This is approximately ten minutes drive from the town of Plettenberg Bay. The beach villas are perfectly situated on the beach. With lovely views and the beautiful Keurbooms beach within easy access this is a wonderful holiday home. This house is situated right by the boardwalk and viewing deck therefore easy access to the beach. On the ground level is the double garage and shower. Upstairs on the mezzanine level is the lovely open plan living area. This area is light and spacious with stunning sea views. There is a TV lounge and comfortable sitting area, dinning table, sea facing patio with outdoor dining table.A separate sitting area with fireplace and well equipped modern kitchen. There is a large patio facing the indigenous forest, the kitchen opens up as a bar to the outdoor patio. On this level is two bedrooms and two bathrooms, one sea facing with twin beds pushed together, one bush facing with twin beds pushed together. Upstairs is a sea facing king bedroom and bush facing twin bedrooms with two bathrooms. Although the beach villas are very separate from the Dunes resort you still have access to the resort facilities which consist of a children's play area, two swimming pools, restaurant and bar, hair dressing salon and children's art centre. Keurbooms beach is wild and the sea and currents unpredictable, however it is a natural haven which stretches for miles and perfect for walking or lazing on the beach.
