Just walk out the estate, down the hill and you get to the boardwalk that leads down to Robberg Beach corner flanked on the right by the majestic Robberg Nature Reserve. The reserve entrance is also very close to the estate. The property is on your left as you go in the gate. The entertainment area which has an open plan indoor lounge and dining room which opens onto the lovely pool deck area is the highlight. Private and protected from the wind this is a beautiful space. On the opposite side of the living area is another large outdoor sitting area with sea views. All opened up as one space this is a wonderful entertainment area. This house has 4 bedrooms, the main bedroom has a king size bed full en suite bathroom. Bedroom 2 has a double bed with ceiling fans and en suite bathroom, bedroom 3 has twin beds, ceiling with fans and en suite bathroom with shower and bedroom 4 has a double bed and en suite bathroom. There is also a small study area upstairs. On the ground level is a room with a separate entrance to the rest of the house with a en suite bathroom. This villa is beautiful in design and decor.There is DSTV, DVD player, HD flat screen TV and music system. On the wooden deck are is a pizza oven and prep area, there is also a small plunge pool.
