This modern, newly renovated cottage is situated at Rhone Hill Polo Club and is tastefully furnished. The living areas are open plan with the lounge and dining area leading out to a covered patio and deck area with sun loungers, a built in barbeque and a table with two benches. This is a lovely tranquil space to relax after a day of activities. The kitchen is well equipped including a Nespresso coffee machine and a dishwasher. There are two bedrooms, one with a bunk bed, and both have sliding doors leading out to the deck area. The bathroom is modern and equipped with a shower. Rhone Hill Polo Club is a short drive out of town, on the edge of the Bitou Nature Reserve. This cottage is ideal for two adults and two children. It is equipped with Wifi and backup power and has the following facilities available on site: Padel court - additional cost Gym -no additional cost for use Polo matches - no additional spectator costs 24 hour security Please note: There is a refundable breakage deposit of R3000 Property is serviced daily. No laundry service provided however tenants can make use of Central Laundry, behind BUCO – for tenants own account.
