Situated at the rear of the property, this unit combines simple indoor comforts with a breezy, open-air kitchen and dining area. Inside, you’ll find: • Bedroom 1: Double bed, air-conditioning. • Bedroom 2: Double bed, air-conditioning. • Bathroom: Shared between both rooms. The separate open kitchen has a roof but no walls, giving you that authentic “outside living” feel while you cook or enjoy meals together. Facilities include a fridge, chest deepfreeze, counter hob (electric, no oven), toaster, kettle, and a dedicated braai area. As with all units on the property, guests at the Back Unit share access to the communal swimming pool and enjoy daily servicing. Bath towels are supplied, but please bring along your own beach towels. The central location means you’re just steps away from the heart of Ponta do Ouro — with its beach, restaurants, markets, curio shops, and all the conveniences you’ll need for an easy beach getaway.

The swimming pool at this house has no safety features. Use of the swimming pool and the associated amenities and facilities is strictly at your own risk. Should the property be booked by a group of youngsters, kindly NOTE no under 25's without parental/adult supervision. STAFF TIP There is a full-time housekeeper at the house, her compulsory daily staff tip is R50 per day, this includes the day of your arrival and departure. REFUNDABLE BREAKAGE DEPOSIT: The Refundable Breakage Deposit of R1500 needs to be paid in full one month prior to your arrival date and will be refunded back to you within 14 days after your departure date. WHAT TO BRING: Food & Drinks Beach towels Toiletries Firelighter Charcoal All items of a personal nature EARLY And LATE CHECK-IN/CHECK OUT Late check-out is on request only. This is due to incoming bookings on the day of your departure. Should the house be available, a fee of R1500.00 is payable, check out by no later than 3 pm. No pets are permitted at any of the GoBundu houses. Loud music, parties, and functions are not allowed. All guests must comply with the rules of the estate in which they are staying. Absolutely no noise is allowed between 10:00 PM and 6:00 AM. Failure to comply will result in a warning. If the issue occurs again after a warning, the full breakage deposit will be forfeited. Continued non-compliance may result in guests being asked to vacate the property immediately, with no refund for any unused nights
