BEACHFRONT LOCATION & PRIVATE BEACH ACCESS The location is undoubtedly Makana 7A’s greatest attraction. Positioned directly on the beachfront, the house enjoys completely unobstructed 180° views of the Indian Ocean from every room. Unlike properties that require a walk through an estate to reach the beach, Makana 7A has its own private wooden walkway connecting the house directly to Frederico’s Beach. From the living area, guests simply step onto the wooden deck and follow the walkway down towards the beach. The walk takes less than one minute. At the bottom of the walkway is the property’s own private beachfront gazebo, featuring a wooden latte-style roof that provides shade while enjoying the ocean views. Approximately five wooden steps lead from the gazebo directly onto the sand at Frederico’s snorkelling spot. ACCOMMODATION Makana 7A accommodates a maximum of six guests in three air-conditioned bedrooms, each with a queen-size bed, en-suite bathroom and beautiful uninterrupted sea views. Bedroom 1: Upstairs, queen-size bed, air conditioning and en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 2: Upstairs, queen-size bed, air conditioning and en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 3: Downstairs, queen-size bed, air conditioning and en-suite bathroom. All three en-suite bathrooms have showers, toilets and basins. There are no bathtubs. Each bedroom has built-in wooden shelving for unpacking clothes, bedside tables and lamps. All bedrooms have doors opening directly onto the outside verandah, allowing guests to enjoy the ocean views as soon as they step outside. The two upstairs bedrooms are situated alongside the main living and kitchen areas. The third bedroom is downstairs, beneath the main house. It is accessed externally by following part of the private wooden beach walkway and turning off towards the bedroom entrance. There is no internal staircase connecting the downstairs bedroom to the upstairs living area. Bed linen and bath towels are supplied. PRIVATE SWIMMING POOL The house has its own private swimming pool situated on the wooden deck overlooking the Indian Ocean. The pool and surrounding deck enjoy uninterrupted 180° sea views, making this a wonderful place to relax while taking in the beachfront surroundings. Guests can move easily between the swimming pool, living areas and beach using the property’s private walkway. LIVING & DINING The upstairs open-plan living area combines the kitchen, dining room and comfortable TV lounge.
