This holiday home is situated on a well-managed housing estate in Ponta Mamoli. Situated, on Fredericos Bay snorkeling spot. The beautiful beach house consists of the following: This home has 3 en-suite bedrooms: Bedroom 1 - sea facing with extra length king size bed (en-suite bathroom with shower and bath) sleeping 2 adults. (opens onto the swimming pool deck) Bedroom 2 - Inland facing, 2 single extra length beds, ensuite bathroom with shower, toilet hand basin (beds can be pushed together) Bedroom 3 is a loft suitable for children aged 12 and under (4 single beds) and has a bath, toilet, and hand basin There is a guest bathroom downstairs. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering, it has an upright fridge freezer combo, toaster, kettle, microwave, Expresso Delta coffee machine, (take your own pods) and gas oven/hob. No washing machine, however, you can ask the staff to hand wash clothing, etc. The lounge area has panoramic sea views. The lounge has a TV no DSTV, however you can stream using the WIFI. There is a shelf with books to utilize should the weather not be great. The living area opens up with sliding doors onto a wooden deck with a sunken swimming pool, overlooking the ocean. The house also boasts a newly built hot tub. PLEASE NOTE: THIS IS A WOODEN HOUSE. Fire is extremely dangerous and must never be made in an uncontrolled manner. We provide wood for your first hot tub session. After that, Stallone will supply wood at R35 per bundle. It is very important not to overheat the hot tub, as excessive heat can cause damage. Please coordinate the lighting of the tub with Stallone. There is an outside shower to rinse off after a day on the beach. There is a braai area that has a built-in charcoal/wood braai. Ensure you bring snorkeling equipment along. Enjoy your stay!

Should the property be booked by a group of youngsters, kindly NOTE no under 25's without parental/adult supervision. We loved the House! It has good space, the view is amazing and the infinite pool elevates the house another level. We definitely would like to come back this house. However there were some areas to improve mainly on the beach access, some appliance issues and noise from neighbour construction works.

Things to improve:
We struggle to reach the house using the location on google maps because it provides with a route no longer used and we got lost several times. I suggest the guests are provided with proper instructions on how to reach the house and informed to not use the google maps route.
Another suggestion is to improve the beach access from the house. The current is very precarious and not suitable for children, elderly and people with difficulties to move. We had to use the neighbours stairs to get to the beach but the owner forbid use again to come back to house so we had to use stairs from a far house. There was construction on going near our house making noise early morning (7 AM) which was very uncomfortable.
Other minor issues include the broken freezer and the leak of water from upper room AC. The water from Jacuzzi was not cleaned after we used on first night.
