All the bedrooms are on the ground floor, the living area is on the first floor from where the lagoon can be viewed overlooking Langebaan. The house has a built-in braai on the sheltered stoep and also a large enclosed garden and lawn which is ideal for small children. Although Kian's Place is rented out on a self-catering basis, it is equipped with all necessities including a dishwasher, hotel bouquet DSTV, and quality linen and towels.
