Katonkel is situated in Paternoster on the West Coast. What once was a one 103 old Cottage is now a new modern restored Cottage situated on the beach with stunning sea views. The house is one road across from the beach. Katonkel has four bedrooms, two of these bedrooms has a double bed in each room and the other two bedrooms has twin beds in each room. Katonkel has two bathrooms, the first bathroom has a bath, toilet and a basin and the second bathroom has a shower, basin, and a toilet. This cottage has a fully equipped kitchen with a fridge, oven, microwave, bar fridge, cutlery, and crockery enough for eight to ten people. .Next to the kitchen, you will find the lounge area with a TV with DSTV, a dining table that seats six people, and a built-in fireplace next to the dining table creating a warm and cozy environment. As you walk out into the garden, you step onto an undercover deck with an outside dining table and outside braai facility. This cottage has a private garden and pool come entertainment area with lovely sea views. The cottage is serviced daily except for Sundays and public holidays. The service is included in the price and only includes cleaning.Pets and children are allowed.
Breakage deposit: A R650 breakage deposit will be required upfront for all houses and will be refunded within 7 working days after the house has been checked and all is found in working order. DSTV: Should you wish for the DSTV to be switched on, an additional charge of R25 per day applies. Not all units have DSTV, please enquire before you make payment. No dogs are allowed unless it is specifically stated otherwise. Swimming Pools: Due to the continuing water scarcity in the Western Cape and water restrictions in force, pools and jacuzzi's cannot be maintained to the normal standards and may not be in a usable condition.
