The house has its own private swimming pool and private braai area and is not shared with the neighbouring property. This home is strictly suited to quiet, respectful guests and families only. • No parties, gatherings, or functions • No loud or audible music • Noise must be kept to a respectful minimum at all times Please note that Estate quiet-hour rules apply strictly after 22:00, and no disturbances are permitted during these hours. All guests must comply with the Estate Rules, which will be supplied upon arrival and must be adhered to at all times. Any noise complaints will be taken seriously. Failure to comply may result in guests being asked to vacate the property immediately, with no refund for any unused nights. ⸻ *** Minimum Stay *** Low season – 4 nights minimum stay High and Peak season – 7 nights minimum stay ⸻ Swimming Pool – Safety Notice A safety net is available for the swimming pool. Please ask the gardener to assist if you would like it installed. Use of the swimming pool and all associated amenities is strictly at guests’ own risk. Children must be supervised at all times. ⸻ Age Policy Should the property be booked by a group of youngsters, kindly note that no under-25s are permitted without parental or adult supervision. ⸻ Wildlife Notice Campismo Ninho Estate and Kangela Estate are home to samango and vervet monkeys. While they may seem harmless, they are known to enter houses looking for food. Please do not feed the monkeys, as this encourages repeat visits and ongoing problems. Please ensure staff are paid correctly. ⸻ Refundable Breakage Deposit A R4,500 refundable breakage deposit applies and will be refunded within 2 weeks after departure. ⸻ Early & Late Check-In / Check-Out Late check-out is on request only, subject to availability due to incoming bookings. If approved, a fee of R1,500 will be deducted from the refundable breakage deposit. Latest departure time: 3:00 pm. ⸻ General House Rules No pets are permitted at any GoBundu houses.
