Set within one of the most well-managed estates in Ponta Malongane, this beautifully positioned coastal home offers panoramic ocean views, direct beach access via a private walkway, and a relaxed, family-friendly atmosphere. The house is comprised of four en-suite bedrooms, sleeping eight adults and two children under the age of twelve. The house has a panoramic seafront view as well as a private swimming pool and a private walkway leading to the beach. Complimentary WiFi is available; please ask the staff for the password. Guests can stream DSTV via the Google TV box using their own login details. A 4x4 vehicle is required for the final stretch of sandy road leading to the estate. The house is double-storey, with three en-suite bedrooms downstairs and the main bedroom upstairs. All bathrooms are fitted with a shower, basin, and toilet, and there is a separate guest toilet upstairs. All bedrooms offer ample cupboard and hanging space, allowing guests to unpack comfortably and settle in. Windows and sliding doors are fitted with mosquito flyscreens to keep evenings cool and insects out. Ceiling fans are installed above all beds and in the living areas, with air conditioning in the main bedroom. Additional stand-up fans are available in all rooms. A full-time housekeeper, Pretty, and a gardener, Duncan, are available to assist during your stay. Their duties include dishwashing, laundry (please bring your own washing powder), washing vehicles, carrying beach gear to and from the beach, and general cleaning. Upon arrival, they can assist with unpacking and orientating you around the house and surroundings. Guests are encouraged to familiarise themselves with the locations of the fire extinguishers and gas bottle. Upstairs The main bedroom upstairs features a king-size bed with sweeping ocean views. Sliding doors open onto a private patio furnished with two comfortable chairs and a coffee table — ideal for early morning coffee or afternoon reading. The open-plan kitchen and lounge are also located upstairs and enjoy 180-degree sea views. The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering, including crockery, cutlery, cooking utensils, a gas hob, two fridge/freezers, and a chest freezer. Additional appliances include a coffee plunger, ice machine, microwave, and air fryer. The lounge and dining area seats eight guests indoors. Sliding doors open onto an outdoor breakfast deck with a long wooden table and benches seating ten, four deck chairs, and six bar stools — perfect for relaxed sundowners overlooking the ocean. Downstairs There are three bedrooms downstairs. Bedroom two has a queen-size bed and a bunk bed, sleeping four guests (two of whom must be children under twelve). Bedroom three has a queen-size bed and opens onto the deck. Bedroom four has two single beds that can be converted into a king-size bed upon request. The outdoor area features a private boma braai area beneath the trees, enclosed with a latte fence for privacy. Chairs are provided, and the sand floor is regularly topped up with beach sand from the estate frontage, creating a relaxed and atmospheric space for afternoon or evening braais.
