The Forest Chalets are located in the coastal forest in Ponta Malongane. Ponta Malongane village is a 5 minute drive from these forest chalets.  There are 2 restaurants, bars, curio shops and an activities centre in Ponta Malongane where you can book a dive, snorkle or go swimming with dolphins. The chalets are a 5 minute walk from the beach. There are 10 chalets each can sleep 4 people, so a total of 40 people. Each chalet has 2 bedrooms:  bedroom 1 has a queen size bed and bedroom 2 has one bunk bed. There is 1 bathroom that has a shower, basin and toilet with hot running water.  Beach towels, shower towels, soap, toilet paper are all provided. The kitchen is fully equipped with 4 hob electric stove (no oven), microwave and fridge/freezer. All chalets are air conditioned.  Each chalet has a gas braai on the outside wooden deck with a table and chairs.Many scuba divers and fishermen are attracted to this southern tip of Mozambique which offers a spectacular variety of sea life from tropical fish to whales, while the inland lakes forest and wetlands are great playgrounds for bird watchers, hikers and 4x4 enthusiasts.The chalets are serviced daily and there is a communal swimming pool and restaurant on the premises.
