DE MEERMIN 10:This is a newly renovated first floor apartment with magnificent sea and river views in the popular De Meermin complex. The TV lounge, dining area and kitchen are open plan leading onto a large wooden deck balcony with fabulous sea mountain and lagoon views. A second informal lounge is also situated next to the dining area. The main bedroom has a king size bed with en suite bathroom and sea view. the second bedroom has sea view and a queen size bed. The third bedroom does not have a sea view and has twin beds. These two rooms share a full bathroom. There are to sitting areas and a dining area which are open plan with the modern kitchen and all leads onto the spacious patio and outdoor entertainment area. There is a pool and small parking area in the complex and it is within walking distance to the lagoon beaches and lookout. It is a short drive from the complex to the centre of town and other beaches.
