There is no internal connection between the units, and each has its own outside entrance. Bubbles 1 & 2 together sleep a maximum of 10 guests. The additional single bed in the loft area of Bubbles 2 is suitable for a child or adult and is accessed by a steep set of wooden stairs. Guests should take this into consideration when deciding who will use the loft bed. VEHICLE ACCESS A normal vehicle is not suitable for accessing Sunset Villa. A 4x4 is not compulsory; however, guests require a 2x4 vehicle with differential lock or a 4x4. BEACH ACCESS The beach is approximately 200 metres from the property as the crow flies. Due to the route to the beach, the walk takes approximately 10–15 minutes. Staff are available to assist guests with carrying beach equipment to and from the beach. Guests can alternatively drive closer to the beach and park at the top of the stairs leading down to the beach. PRIVATE & SHARED AREAS Guests booking Bubbles 1 & 2 have exclusive use of the Bubbles swimming pool, verandah, outdoor dining area and built-in braai. These facilities are not shared with guests from the other Sunset Villa units. Top of the World and Anything Can Happen may be occupied by other guests during your stay. The parking area is shared between guests staying in the different Sunset Villa units. SWIMMING POOL The private swimming pool has no safety features. Use of the swimming pool and associated amenities and facilities is strictly at your own risk. Children must be supervised around the swimming pool at all times. HOUSEKEEPING & STAFF TIPS Bubbles 1 & 2 are serviced daily. A compulsory staff tip of R50 per day is payable to the housekeeper, plus R50 per day for Joao, who assists with maintenance, swimming pools and cleaning the braais. The total compulsory staff tip is therefore R100 per day. This includes the days of arrival and departure. The deposit will be refunded within 14 days after departure, subject to there being no damage, breakages or losses at the property. LATE CHECK-OUT Late check-out is available on request only and is subject to the units not having an incoming booking on the day of departure. Where late check-out is approved, a fee of R1,500 will be deducted from the refundable breakage deposit. Late check-out is no later than 15:00. HOUSE RULES No pets are permitted at any GoBundu properties. Loud music, parties and functions are not permitted. No noise is permitted between 22:00 and 06:00. Failure to comply with these rules will result in a warning. If the issue occurs again after a warning, the full breakage deposit will be forfeited.
