Ultra-luxury self-catering accommodation on a housing estate on the beach in Ponta Mamoli, southern Mozambique. Only 25 km from the Kosi Bay border. Baleia Azul Beach Lodge is one of the most luxurious self-catering lodges in Mozambique. It has a tranquil setting with beautiful surroundings accompanied by the fact that the lodge leads directly onto the beach. With staff always at hand you will have the relaxed holiday in the beauty of Mozambique you have always wanted. There is a swimming pool on the sea-facing deck and a spa pool on the inland facing deck. There is also a 16 seater boma with a built-in braai. There is a 300sq central facility that consists of an open plan kitchen, bar, and lounge. The kitchen has a walk-in fridge (10 sq/m) and a walk-in freezer (10 sq/m). The kitchen is a fully fitted gourmet kitchen, it is large and fully equipped to self cater for 16 people. There is a 12 seater bar. The kitchen and bar are open plans to the lounge. The lounge has a 50-inch plasma screen TV with DSTV and a hi-fi docking station. The water comes from a borehole so is fine to use for washing and cooking, however, you need to bring drinking water along. There are cellphone reception and mobile internet reception on roaming or you can purchase a Vodacom Mozambique sim card in Ponta Malongane. The lodge is fully serviced. There are 4 staff members. There is the daily delivery of freshly-baked Portuguese bread on request and delivery of ice on request. There are laundry facilities.
