The house has 4 en suite bedrooms and a sleeper couch in the lounge which can accommodate 9 adults and 1 child under the age of 12. Each bedroom is equipped with ceiling fans and a portable air conditioner. Modern, clean, well equipped and great location. Driveway and steps to apartment really steep and challenging however assistance on arrival to carry bags. Good value stay.

Things to improve:
1. Gas barbecue stand to avoid using the fixed concrete coal barbecue area which is not height adjustable
2. Internet access instead of DSTV ( family preference), understand some people will prefer sports channels on DSTV
3. Cleaning ladies to arrive at 10am checkout, not 8am when family still preparing breakfast
The unit was much much better than expected. It was much bigger than the pictures portrayed and comfortably accommodated all 8 of us. The kitchen is well equiped with everything, from an icemaker to razor sharp knives, a snackwich machine, plenty of storage containers, pots and a good microwave oven.
The DSTV had a connection problem on the first day, which the maintenance staff came over within an hour to resolve.

Lize was very prompt in responding about arrangements being made and everything was in place as requested when we got there.
Things to improve:
There is a need for shallower pillows as an option in the rooms.
The pool pump was overworking when one part of the pool dropped in water level and we had to switch it off.
A page or small booklet to explain where things are in the house needs to be given.
The Main DB board was faulty when it came to the plugs by the washing machine. IT had to be toggled to get the washing maching working, possbly a loose wire inside.
