Regardless of the number of guests booked, the entire property, swimming pool and facilities are exclusively yours. BED CONFIGURATIONS Bedrooms 4 and 5 each have two three-quarter beds that can be converted into a king-size bed. Please advise GoBundu of your preferred configuration before arrival. 4X4 ACCESS A 4x4 vehicle is compulsory for access to Aloha Estate. No 2x4 vehicles are permitted. Tyre pressure should be reduced to approximately 1.2–1.5 bar when driving on sandy estate roads. Parking is available for three vehicles. SWIMMING POOL SAFETY The private swimming pool has no safety fence or net. Children must be supervised at all times around the swimming pool. Use of the swimming pool and associated facilities is strictly at guests’ own risk. SAFES & PERSONAL BELONGINGS All five bedrooms are equipped with safes for storing valuables. Guests are responsible for the safekeeping of their personal belongings, including cash, passports, jewellery, electronics and other valuables. Guests are strongly advised to lock valuables in the safes provided and ensure bedroom doors are locked whenever rooms are unattended. Neither the homeowner nor GoBundu accepts responsibility for the loss, theft or disappearance of guests’ personal belongings, to the extent permitted by applicable law. This includes items left in bedrooms, communal areas, verandahs or elsewhere on the property. Guests are encouraged to have appropriate travel insurance covering their personal belongings. STAFF & COMPULSORY GRATUITIES Aloha 28 has two housekeepers and a gardener. A compulsory staff gratuity of R150 per day applies, including the arrival and departure days. This is payable in South African rand cash to the head housekeeper on departure. Housekeeping hours: Monday to Friday: 07:00–16:00, including a one-hour lunch break. Saturday: 07:00–12:00. Additional staff charges: Saturday afternoon: R75 per staff member. Sundays and public holidays: R150 per staff member. The gardener does not have a compulsory gratuity, although voluntary tips are appreciated. CHECK-IN Staff assistance is available until 16:00. Guests arriving after 16:00 must collect their keys from estate security. Staff will not be available to assist with check-in or offloading.
