A mere 80m from the shoreline we have placed the chalet in prime position to make the most of the coastal forest and beaches. Enjoy watching samango monkeys and bush babies every evening, there's prolific birdlife throughout the day and the opportunity of watching dolphins playing in the waves. Aloha 12 has 2 en-suite bedrooms. 1 with aircon and 1 with ceiling fan. Bedroom 1 has a queen-size bed with a mosquito net, and a day bed. Bedroom 2 has 2 single beds that can be pushed together. There is a bed is in the lounge. The kitchen and living area are open plans. The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering and has a gas stovetop, kitchen, crockery, and cutlery for 6 people. The beach is a mere 5-minute walk from the chalet. Follow the beach walkway next to house number 9, this walkway leads you onto the beach and is across the road from the chalet. As you get down to the beach at Frecericos Bay, to your left you have Ponta Mamoli and to your right, you have Frederico's point, both these points are protected by coral reefs and are great snorkeling in calm waters. Take your umbrella and a picnic and spend the whole day on the beach. Walking and snorkeling are better at low tide. If you enjoy walking you can take a lovely walk all the way to Ponta Malongane which is the next bay after Frederico's point. You can have a refreshing drink at the Dive Bar, situated at the point, before heading back home. Take a few dips to cool off or if you are lucky see the dolphins playing in the shore breaks. This is around a 4-hour walk there and back, 16 kilometers. White Pearl Resort in Ponta Mamoli is a 5-star resort that is around a 5-minute drive from the chalet. You can go to White Pearl for a luxurious lunch and cocktail, they also offer horse riding.
The swimming pool at this house has no safety features. Use of the swimming pool and the associated amenities and facilities is strictly at your own risk. STAFF TIP There is a compulsory daily tip for the housekeeper of R50 per day, this includes your day of arrival and day of departure. Luther is the gardener and also cleans the pool, braai, outside area, there is no compulsory staff tip for him, however, a gratuity is always welcome.
