Eight guests sleep in the four bedrooms, with two additional single mattresses available for children in the living area. BEACH ACCESS & STAIRS Campismo Ninho Estate has one communal wooden staircase walkway leading onto the beach from the area near Ninho’s Restaurant. The walk from the house to the beach takes approximately 10–15 minutes. There are approximately 300 stairs down to the beach. The return climb is steep and physically demanding. Guests with mobility difficulties or those carrying heavy beach equipment should consider driving to Ponta Malongane or Ponta do Ouro’s main swimming beaches instead. COMMUNAL SWIMMING POOL The estate swimming pool is shared with other properties. The pool has no safety net or fence. Children must be supervised at all times. Use of the pool and associated facilities is at guests’ own risk. VEHICLE ACCESS A high-clearance 2x4 vehicle can access Campismo Ninho Estate, although a 4x4 is recommended depending on sandy road conditions. Parking is available for four vehicles. TELEVISION & WI-FI There is no television or Wi-Fi at Alfie’s House. LAUNDRY The washing machine is for staff use only. Guests may not operate it themselves. STAFF & COMPULSORY GRATUITY A full-time housekeeper services the property, including making beds, washing dishes and general cleaning. A compulsory gratuity of 300 MZN per day applies, including the arrival and departure days. This is payable directly to the housekeeper in cash on departure. MONKEYS & WILDLIFE Campismo Ninho Estate is home to samango and vervet monkeys. Do not feed the monkeys or leave food unattended. Keep food inside the fridge or closed cupboards, and ensure doors and windows are closed when leaving the house. LINEN & TOWELS Bed linen and bath towels are supplied. GROUP BOOKINGS No groups of guests under the age of 25 are permitted without parental or adult supervision. HOUSE & ESTATE RULES No pets, parties, functions or loud music are permitted. Guests must comply with all Campismo Ninho Estate rules. Quiet hours are from 22:00 to 06:00. Failure to comply will result in a warning. If the issue occurs again, the full refundable breakage deposit will be forfeited.
