There is a well kept garden area around the cottage and a large communal swimming pool in the estate. The cottage is equipped with security beams and an alarm and there is an inverter for use during power outages. Open parking is available in the estate. Please note that there is direct beach access from the property and the estate. This property is equipped with an inverter and housekeeping in included four days a week, week days excluding public holidays. There is a refundable breakage deposit of R5000.
